The Golfing Machine's Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION  POLICY 

 

As an attendee of our classes you are responsible for your own travel arrangements, hotel and meals.  Upon payment and completion of the information required, The Golfing Machine will provide you with a list of hotels close to the class location.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, cashier’s check for payment. Personal checks will be accepted however, it takes the Bank 10 to 15 business days to clear the funds. So, if you pay by Personal check you must register for Class a minimum of 21 days in advance to allow the check to clear.

Registration requirements:

1.        You must register at least 30 days prior to the class start date.

2.        Your registration is not complete until we have received complete payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

Spaces are reserved on a first-full-payment received basis.  A full refund will be granted to students that cancel at least 21days prior to their class date.  Students that cancel 0-20 days prior to their class date will incur cancellation charges of $500.  We understand that a personal emergency can arise during this time period, however, we must strictly adhere to this policy.  We reserve the right to cancel any class, in which case we will make a full refund.  Contact us if you have any questions.
